- > Xwindemo is running quite well, EXCEPT that it will fail to cache/handle

-
- Another problem that I've noticed with Xwindemo is that it sucks away a
- significant number of cpu cycles even during periods of X/winsock inactivity
- (this can be seen with a system usage util).
-
- I'm not sure if other X-servers for MS-Windows suffer similar problems, but
- it does reduce the effectiveness of running an X-server.

- Dear Netters
-
- I am interested to know your opinion about the following packages.
-
- Chameleon NFS/X V 4.0
- Super TCP V 3.0
-
- Please list if you had any problems with these packages. Basically, I am
- interested in buying a windows network software package. I will be using
- the Windows sockets extesively. tcp/ip, telnet, ftp, lpr/lpd and ppp are some
- of the features that I am interested.
-
- If you have any other packages that you wish to recommend, please do so. I
- will take them for my evaluations.
-
- Looking forward to your feedback
-
